- Greeting clients and answering all incoming phone calls
- Properly directing phone calls & gatekeeping
- Maintaining office and kitchen supplies
- Ensuring conference rooms are scheduled and prepared for meetings
- Maintaining the schedule and booking appointments for our downtown training room
- Coordinating and assisting with firm events
- Other various duties as assigned.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Includes a benefits package with paid premiums for health insurance, 401(k) match, and paid vacation and holidays.

Salary: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
